To request a password reset:
- Enter your user name, and the "captcha" code, in the boxes below, and click Continue.
- You will receive an *email with a link asking you to confirm a password reset.
- When you have reset your password, you will receive a second *email containing your new temporary password.
- The system will not reset your password if your user name was deleted or your password expired. Please contact support@bookassist.com for assistance.
