To request a password reset:

  1. Enter your user name, and the "captcha" code, in the boxes below, and click Submit.
  2. You will receive an *email with a link asking you to confirm a password reset.
  3. When you have reset your password, you will receive a second *email containing your new temporary password.
  4. The system will not reset your password if your user name was deleted or your password expired. Please contact your Administrator for assistance.
